Refund policy

QUOTES/RESERVATIONS: Quotes do not guarantee availability of rental items. A payment of 50% of the total order cost is
required to reserve rental items for the event date. Payment(s) will be applied to the order when received, and any
remaining balance is due no later than one week prior to the event reservation date. Order totals may change with additions
to or deletions from your order.
ORDERS WITHOUT A TENT: To qualify for delivery and pickup, orders without a tent must total a minimum of $250 that
includes rental costs plus delivery/pickup charge and excludes sales tax that may apply to the order. However, clients will
have the option to pick up and return reserved rentals for orders that do not include a tent. The pickup and return location
will be at the Action Tents warehouse at 570 W Church Street, Lewisburg, TN 37091.
PAYMENTS: All payments must be cash, check or credit card. Each credit card payment will incur an additional 3.5%
processing fee.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: Payments are 100% refundable up to 60 days prior to the reservation date, and a portion is
refundable after the 60 day deadline, up to 14 days prior to the reservation date. Any cancellations less than 14 days prior to
the reservation date are non-refundable.
DELIVERY/PICKUP: Delivery fee includes delivery to event location, setup of tent, staging, and/or dance floor and pickup of
all rental items during normal business days and hours of Monday through Friday, 8 AM-5 PM. If delivery and/or pickup is
required outside of normal business days and/or hours, additional charges may be incurred.
 Tent Site Prep: Please ensure site is ready for tent setup before the crew is scheduled to arrive. The client or
authorized representative must be present to authorize placement of the tent.
 Liability: Action Tents is not responsible for any damages to sprinklers, water lines, sewer, utilities, landscaping,
lawn lights, concrete, asphalt, lawn, etc. on property of tent site. Responsibility for tents, accessories and all rental items
remains with the client from the time of delivery until picked up. Please ensure that all rentals are secured when not in
use. Client will be charged for all damages to rental items due to negligence, vandalism, etc. Client will also be charged for
all missing rental items.
 Delivery Day: Action Tents will install tents within our work schedule in consideration of your event time. Action
Tents will provide a tentative delivery time the week of your event, and the schedule adjustments may be made at the
discretion of Action Tents management team. Tents will not be set up or taken down in extreme weather conditions for
the safety of our team. In some circumstances, tent setup may be postponed due to incoming weather that poses a
severe risk to the product. Wind forecast of 40 mph or higher or heavy rainfall/snowfall will constitute extreme weather
conditions. The client should be available to count all items upon delivery and pickup; otherwise, the counts will be
considered accurate. Orders are typically delivered 1-3 days prior to the event date while pickups usually occur 1-2 days
after the event date.
LINENS: Linens are ordered at least 14 days prior to the event date. Once linens are ordered and delivered to Action Tents,
the cost of the linen rentals is not refundable to the client.
Linens should be returned food and particle free and should be shaken out and left on tables under the tent. Do not place
linens in garbage bags to be mistakenly thrown away! Linens that are returned with burns, holes or tears or are
permanently stained due to negligence or damaged in any way, will be billed to the client at replacement cost. Client will
also be billed at replacement cost for all missing linens.
TABLES and CHAIRS: Client shall have tables and chairs stacked on provided trays in a dry area ready for pickup. Items not
meeting these requirements to be ready for pickup are subject to additional charges. Table and Chair setup and take-down is
not included in items' rental prices, but is available for an additional charge.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: In some jurisdictions, building and fire permits are required. Action Tents will file for all permits and
will charge the client an additional fee if this service is needed. Action Tents will provide necessary equipment (fire
extinguishers, exit signs, etc.) if required.
